28 South Environmental is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Dickinson to the role of Technical Director – Ecology, effective March 2025.
This newly created role comes in response to the continued growth of our ecology team. The Technical Director position has been established to provide dedicated leadership, support, and oversight as we continue to expand our ecological service offering across Queensland and northern New South Wales.
Andrew has been a valued member of the 28 South team since 2021 and brings over 30 years of experience in ecological assessment and biodiversity planning. Known for his deep technical expertise, methodical approach, and collaborative style, Andrew was invited to step into this senior role to help guide the future direction of our ecology team.
As Technical Director, Andrew will lead the delivery of complex ecological projects, working closely with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality, outcome-focused advice.
This appointment reflects 28 South’s continued commitment to excellence in ecological consulting and the ongoing development of our people and practice.
