Miles is an experienced environmental management professional with a career spanning almost three decades across government and private consulting. His background includes 14 years with the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service, where he managed marine and island protected areas across south-east Queensland, followed by 15 years in environmental consulting.
With a background in marine biology, Miles brings strong technical expertise to complex projects where the protection and management of sensitive natural environments is a key focus. He specialises in assessing development activities within and adjoining high-value environmental areas, including Marine Parks, World Heritage Areas, Ramsar wetlands and threatened species habitats.
