Troy Warry

Troy is a senior environmental consultant, ecologist, PFAS and water quality specialist, and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control with more than 16 years’ experience across Australia and internationally.

He has extensive experience delivering environmental projects across ecology, biodiversity, waterways, infrastructure, renewable energy and environmental approvals. As the founder and former Managing Director of Red Sand Ecology, Troy led multidisciplinary teams and delivered more than 400 projects, bringing strong technical capability, practical project delivery experience and a clear understanding of client and regulatory requirements.

At 28 South, Troy applies his technical expertise and project management experience to support clients through complex environmental projects from planning and approvals through to delivery. His approach is practical, collaborative and outcomes-focused, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and effective coordination across project teams.
